This sounds important enough that I checked for confirmation on the web.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.engrng.pitt.edu\/site\/rfid\/article1.html\">this page<\/a> says &#8220;Every member of the Politburo in China is an engineer.&#8221;<br \/>\nAn article titled <a href=\"http:\/\/www.time.com\/time\/asia\/news\/column\/0,9754,165453,00.html\">Made in China: The Revenge of the Nerds<\/a> reinforces the point.<br \/>\nThis must imply some interesting things about the policies of the Chinese government.
